Dr. Charles R. Needham, DBA Minister/Wedding Officiant Dr. Needham has worked at numerous colleges and universities, teaching courses both online and in-person in business, management, and advising students. Dr. Needham has five college degrees and served as chair of doctoral-level student committees. With over 20 years of experience teaching and advising in the academic area, Dr. Needham now offers his expertise as a minister officiating weddings and other related services. As of the current date, 26 students received their doctoral degrees under Dr. Needham’s leadership, serving as their chair. In addition, Dr. Needham served on several postgraduate committees as a second and URR reviewer. Dr. Needham has 12 joint publications in business management journals. Dr. Needham’s primary mission is to officiate at various types of weddings in nearly every venue. In addition, Dr. Needham can officiate at baptisms, funerals, and the renewal of marriage vows. I love directing and guiding people to everlasting happiness!
